```Duties:``` - Provide exceptional customer service to clients - Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, and grooming services Including straight razor shaves - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Sanitize tools and equipment regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience - Assist with front desk duties as needed ```Requirements:``` - Proven experience as a Barber - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Knowledge of retail sales techniques for upselling salon products - Proficiency in various hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Must be licensed as a Barber or hairstylist in the state of {location} Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include every task or responsibility that may be required.
