The Holiday Inn Laval Montréal is currently undergoing a transformative journey, with extensive enhancements to its guest rooms, public spaces, dining venues, and meeting spaces. These upgrades aim to elevate the guest experience while maintaining the warm and welcoming ambiance that defines our brand. We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our repositioning efforts and spearhead impactful sales and marketing strategies to ensure continued success. *THE ROLE:* The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the resort's vision and goals. This role is vital in leading our team in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and attracting new clientele during our transformative journey and beyond. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Strategic Leadership:* Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue across all hotel offerings and services. * *Brand Management:* Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, aligning with the IHG standards and the Holiday Inn characteristics. Liaise with IHG Brand to leverage and maximize available resources * *Market Analysis:* Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer preferences, using insights to inform strategic decisions. * *Digital Marketing:* Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and website content, to enhance online presence and engagement. * *Partnership Development:* Foster relationships with relevant businesses, tourism organizations, and influencers to expand outreach and drive referrals. * *Team Leadership:* Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. * *Performance Monitoring:* Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results and achieve revenue targets. *ACTIVITIES:* The duties of the Director of Sales & Marketing include, but are not limited to the following: ?- LocationLaval, QC
