We are looking for a capable, energetic, and self-motivated individual to support our warehouse operations.
*Job Type:* Full-time, Permanent
*Work schedule:* Monday - Friday 7.00am - 4.00pm
*Description*
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of products to our customers.
*Responsibilities*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
* Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices, ensuring accuracy.
* Inspect and organize incoming merchandise, storing items in designated warehouse locations.
* Prepare and fulfill orders for delivery or pickup, adhering to schedule deadlines.
* Support weekly transfer and purchase order processing with precise and timely documentation.
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
* Efficiently manage and process shipping and receiving documents, maintaining accurate records.
* Perform inventory control tasks, keeping precise records of inventory levels.
* Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and store items as required.
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
* Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
* Assist with regular cycle counts and annual inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations.
* Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager, contributing to overall efficiency.

*Requirements*
* High school diploma or GED.
* Minimum one - two (1-2) years of experience in a warehouse environment.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
* Basic technical skills for inventory management.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Possess a strong work ethic and a positive team attitude.
* Forklift certification is an asset.
*Work Conditions *
* Warehouse environment
* Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.
* Lifting or moving up to 70lbs may be required.
