*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Provide excellent hospitality by engaging with customers, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. * Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure compliance with legal regulations. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register. * Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of shortages. * Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry. * Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. * Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. * Understanding of food safety regulations and food handling practices. * Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
