Our goal is to create a relaxing and results-driven experience for every client. *Responsibilities* As a Massage Therapist at Roxa Aesthetics, your role will include: * Administering therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, trigger point therapy, and hydrotherapy. * Applying finger and hand pressure to specific points of the body to relieve tension and promote relaxation. * Assessing client needs through range-of-motion and muscle testing and tailoring treatment plans accordingly. * Maintaining accurate client records and adhering to safety and hygiene protocols. * Ensuring a welcoming and calming environment for all clients. *Requirements* * Certification in massage therapy (non-RMT acceptable). * 2?3 years of experience in therapeutic and relaxation massage (preferred, but not mandatory). * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Full availability on weekdays, with occasional weekend flexibility as needed. * A passion for wellness and client care. *What We Offer* * *Earning Potential:* Fully commission-based structure (20%?40%), allowing high earnings based on performance. * *Prime Location:* Work in a thriving and upscale Gastown neighborhood. * *Professional Growth:* Gain experience in a supportive and innovative med spa environment. * *Flexible Scheduling:* Tailored shifts to suit availability.
