This role is critical to the success of our clients and our firm as a whole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who shares our values and wants to make an impact.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Be the face of NOVA Injury Law by greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and vendors warmly.</li><li>Answer and screen phone calls, emails, and texts professionally and courteously; relay messages or direct calls as needed.</li><li>Assist with opening new client files.</li><li>Provide general office support, including entering new invoices, processing payments, and filing invoices.</li><li>Take on additional administrative tasks as assigned to support our team's success.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is a plus.</li><li>Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the team.</li></ul><p>We are a culture-driven company with ambitious goals and a bright future.
