<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br />We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow while contributing to the successful configuration, implementation, and support of our systems. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, translate them into functional solutions, and provide hands-on technical support.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Implementation & Configuration:</strong> Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and configure systems to align with their business objectives.</li><li><strong>Data Migration & Integration:</strong> Manage data migration and integration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout.</li><li><strong>Testing & Troubleshooting:</strong> Conduct thorough testing of system implementations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them effectively to ensure optimal system performance.</li><li><strong>Documentation & Training:</strong> Develop detailed documentation for system processes and provide training to end users on system functionality and best practices.</li><li><strong>Ongoing Support:</strong> Provide post-implementation support and address any system-related inquiries or issues that may arise.</li><li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance system functionalities for better user experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Required Technical Skills:</strong><ul><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of relational databases and database management principles.</p></li><li><p>Experience with SQL, including query writing, data extraction, and report generation.</p></li></ul></li><li><strong>Education & Experience:</strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent education and experience).</li><li><p>1-3 years of experience in systems implementation, database management, or related technical role.</p></li></ul></li><li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with stakeholders.</li><li><p>Eagerness to learn, adaptability and a problem-solving mindset</p></li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>To Apply:</strong></p><p>Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and how you meet the qualifications for this role.</p></div></div>- LocationFergus, ON
