Account Executive As an Account Executive you will use your insurance expertise to manage a book of business and ensure customers have the coverage they need. Here is what a typical day looks like Support new and existing customers by offering recommendations for products and services required Promote retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications Quote new business through outbound calls and walk-in clients Communicate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses The value you bring RIBO License required Experience providing excellent customer service Must be able to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email Experience managing a book of business or relatable work experience A desire to learn new systems and processes Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different work environments Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed Hours: 37.5/ week Location: Remote Ontario Requisition #: 81033 What if I don't meet every requirement?
