Institute of Child Psychology is a business in Leduc, AB. We are creative, autonomous, and fast-paced, and our goal is to provide parents, caregivers, and professionals the resources and tools to help support the children in their lives that are struggling with mental health
Looking for an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, detailed and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse positions.
This is primarily a work from home position, but will require in person training (in Leduc) in the beginning, and meetings alternating between St. Albert and Leduc every other Wednesday (2 in-person meetings a month)
*Responsibilities:*
* _Reporting to the co-founders, along with the operations manager_
* _Providing professional and confidential service to inquiries, current customers/members, and suppliers/vendors_
* _Assistance in organizing virtual events _
* _General WordPress website data entry ? formatting content, uploading new courses, user account management, downloading reports, and reporting any maintenance/technical issues to our tech professionals_
*Requirements:*
* _2+ years experience in office administration and bookkeeping_
* _Excellent oral and written communication; efficient typist_
* _Software knowledge requirements in: Quick Books Online, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, WordPress, and other office related programs_
*Preferr*_*ed Skills*_
* _Excellent organizational skills required, both analytical and problem solving_
* _Flexibility with a can-do attitude_
* _The ability to work with confidentiality in mind, demonstrating tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential and/or sensitive nature_
* _Ability to work primarily independently and in a team-oriented environment_
* _Must have the ability to prioritize, multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment_
* _Excellent oral communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients, vendors/suppliers, and other professionals_
