We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. *Responsibilities*
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
* Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and understand competitive positioning.
* Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline effectively.
* Present product offerings to clients, highlighting features that meet their specific needs.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns that support sales objectives.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up post-sale.
* Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
* Familiarity with technology sales is preferred; experience in technical sales is a plus.
* Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and customer relationships.
* Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
* Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.

Pay: $54,381.00-$60,715.00 per year
