As a Business Development Manager, you will have the chance to work with a talented team, delivering market-leading solutions that drive the mining industry forward.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Sales - commercial delivery of purchase orders and/or contracts</li><li>Identify opportunities for MST solutions for business development at new and existing customer accounts</li><li>Manage and develop customer relationship and overall satisfaction</li><li>Fiscal performance from accounts</li><li>Meet or exceed revenue targets</li><li>Use and keep our CRM maintained</li><li>Cold and warm calling, networking, social media, identify and sell to prospective clients to maintain a healthy pipeline in the sales funnel</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales <span class="long-word">presentations/demonstrations</span></li><li>Contribute to submissions for Tenders, Expressions of Interest and Requests for Information</li><li>Represent MST at tradeshows and collaborate with the Marketing and Product Management team to prepare for such events</li></ul><p><strong>What will you bring to the role?</strong></p><ul><li>Three years of proven sales experience - strategic or solution selling</li><li>Background in technology-based selling</li><li>Experience in the mining industry sales</li><li>Strong networking abilities with the capacity to build and maintain a wide network of industry contacts.</li><li>A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a tenacious and proactive approach to sales.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.</li><li>Advanced user of word, excel and Visio.</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>MST is a global company, founded in Australia in 1989, specializing in mining and tunneling technology that empowers our customers to unearth safety and productivity improvements.<br><br>With a global reach across six continents, the company specializes in the design, development, manufacture, deployment, and support of mission-critical digital solutions for voice & data; vehicle and personnel tracking; and safety solutions in underground and surface environments.
