*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and kitchen operations, with a focus on meal preparation and food safety. As a Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious meals that meet our high standards of quality and presentation while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment. *Duties* * Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. * Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and best practices. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during meal service. * This is I'm a hospital setting environment * Must be able to feed upto 20 people * Be familiar with special dietary needs. * Be reliable is a must * Must be able to obtain or already have food safe course *Qualifications* * Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred. * Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen safety standards. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * A passion for cooking and helping others enjoy great meals!
