As a Products Representative, you will be at the forefront of our technology sales efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. *Duties* * Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable product solutions. * Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and follow up on prospects. * Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships and track sales activities. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and enhancing product visibility. * Communicate product features and benefits clearly to clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific requirements. * Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to provide informed recommendations. *Requirements* * Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully in a sales environment. * Experience in customer service roles is an advantage, showcasing a commitment to client satisfaction. * Familiarity with telemarketing practices is beneficial for lead generation efforts. * Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential for success in this role.
