Reporting to the Logistics & Customs Supervisor, the Material Handler will be responsible for a range of duties including but not limited to the following: *Responsibilities:* * Replenish raw materials in all manufacturing work stations and recording inventory transactions in Dynamic 365 Business Central both on computer and handheld scanners. * Pick finished goods for production / assembly line and notify materials department of any potential stock outs. * Receive Shipments from carriers and verify accuracy of packing slips to material actually received. * Process receiving and put away in Dynamic 365 Business Central. * Pick and pack customer sales order as required. * Perform cycle counts as required. * Received finished goods inventory and update data base on all shifts. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area. *Education and Experience:* * *FORKLIFT TRAINING an asset* * Secondary school diploma * Knowledge of Microsoft BC365, Excel, Word and email an asset * Sound knowledge of warehouse best practices * 3 - 5 years? experience in material handling / warehousing / shipping and receiving * Physical endurance - Must be able to safely lift and move up to 40 lbs. * Must be able to work both as a team and solo. * Overtime and shift work will be required ? sometimes on short notice * Work in a safe, efficient and productive manner.
