*We are looking for an experienced Tower Crane Operator for a hi-rise project in Ajax, ON. * Sibwest Inc. is a reliable and knowledgeable formwork contractor with proven industry expertise. We specialize in formwork and reinforced concrete solutions offering our services to a wide range of building sectors including commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Covering all parts of Southern Ontario, Sibwest delivers an innovative approach using a range of traditional and modern formwork systems. *Schedule:* 8+ hours shifts, Monday - Friday *Key Responsibilities: * * Operate tower crane to lift and move building materials * Control crane movement in response to hand signals or radio commands * Rotate boom/jib to extend or retract trolley * Prevent overload by determining the product weight and ensuring they meet lifting capabilities * Inspect the condition of the crane daily, ensuring parts get replaced as needed * Clean, lubricate and maintain all aspects of the crane as needed * Comply with Health & Safety policies, load charts and regulations * Conduct all required pre-operational inspections *Qualifications: * * Must hold 339B Tower Crane Operator License * High attention to detail and accuracy * Reliable and accountable *Experience: * * Crane Operator: 6 years (Required) *Preferred form of application:* * Submit your resume via Indeed Sibwest Inc. is committed to the principles of equality and diversity in the workplace.
