Job ID: 24-152338 Position: Application Analyst - Junior Location: Edmonton, Alberta, T6B 2X3 (Remote) Duration: 12 Months + 6 Months possible extension Duties: Develop and maintain technical documentations, user guides, and training materials to support users in using the CDP platform. Work with Big Data and Business Intelligence technologies. Understanding of CDP Public Cloud Base and Data Services from architecture level. Support end user issues from CDP and able to provide temporary/permanent fixes. Work on access requests, incidents and change management process using ticketing systems like Service Now. Should be able to administer and audit CDP User access and data management from various endpoints/levels like Console, Ranger, Virtual Warehouse, Data Visualization. Should be able to migrate applications/data- LocationEdmonton, AB
