Job Summary: *PART-TIME*
We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Coordinator to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, program management, and change management. Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Kronos, Dayforce, and ADP for efficient workforce management
-Serves as member of the management team and reports directly to General Manager.
-Responsible for the administration of hiring, terminations, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation and onboarding.
-Supports the Joint Health & Safety Committee
-Responsibilities include development and administration of personnel rules and regulations, pay and job classification structure and employee training, safety, health and morale.
- Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
- Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth
- Oversee program management related to training, development, and performance evaluation
IATF Specific Roles and Responsibilities
· Organizational Responsibilities
o Report on performance of QMS
o Suggest opportunities for improvement
o Ensure integrity of QMS is maintained
· With regard to documented information
o Review and approve for suitability

* Competent in Workplace Safety & Insurance Board disability management
* Ability to determine & enforce legal regulatory and safety requirements in compliance and in accordance with current Provincial & Federal regulations.
* Ability to establish policies and procedures for management of the company and Human Resource Dept.
* Effective Leadership Skills
* Competent in time management
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong skills in talent acquisition, change management, program management, and employee relations
- Plastic Injection or Automotive back round preferred
