Extensive knowledge of the plumbing and heating distribution business along with a complete understanding of the company?s policies and procedures is required. Wages scaled based on experience and education. *Contribution:* Assist Branch Management with the following: * Ambitiously pursue and cultivate strong customer relations * Provide accurate and relevant information to customers * Promote and uphold company standards and policies * Encourage and support all departments and colleagues * Research products, generate quotes, place orders * Finalize invoicing and complete reporting * Pull orders, load vehicles as needed * Support and promote vendor and customer events * Stay informed on new products and services * Participate in vendor training sessions * Foster high employee morale and a positive workplace environment * Take initiative in maintaining branch cleanliness and organization * Promptly and effectively execute assigned tasks * Perform managerial duties in the Managers absence *Essential:* * Excellent organizational skills * Strong leadership skills * Strong interpersonal skills * Familiar with industry and/or products * Completion of Grade 12 * Capable of lifting 50lbs minimum * Management experience * Sales and Customer Service experience Since 1892, ANDREW SHERET LIMITED has specialized in providing a large inventory of plumbing and heating products to customers in Western Canada.
