HRO Core Inc. is an HR consultancy that offers a range of services to small organizations as well as Mindfulness training to larger groups and businesses. Our work is focused in: * *Group Benefits* - As a licensed advisor in Nova Scotia, Ontario and Alberta - advising organizations on group health benefits and group savings plans. * *HR Consultancy *- Advising on a range of HR issues, including employee handbooks, hiring, firing, maternity leave, sick pay, etc. We work with small businesses and non-profits who need HR support. * *Dedicated HR *- This is a key growth area where we work on a retained monthly basis with small organizations to lead HR processes. * *HRIS* - We have a partnership with a leading Canadian HRIS companies, to provide information systems to small and medium organizations. * *Wellness* - Providing wellness programs customized to the unique needs of organizations. * *Mindfulness* - We deliver mindfulness programs to individuals and organizations, including core content from the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute This role will mostly focus on selling in the hospitality industry which is a key growth sector for HRO Core. Candidates with prior experience in serving, customer service, or other hospitality-related roles will bring valuable insights to the position and are strongly encouraged to apply. *About You* The position is ideal for full-time post-secondary students seeking flexible work to complement their studies. Successful candidates will develop sales skills, gain industry knowledge, and play a pivotal role in driving business growth. The ideal candidate has at least several years of experience in sales. This position is part-time starting in January 2025. We are growing, and we anticipate growth opportunities in the future.
