*Job Overview* We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various operating systems, mobile devices, and software troubleshooting. This role requires a proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues while providing excellent customer service in a retail environment. *Duties* * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for a variety of devices, including Windows PCs, MacOS systems, Android, and iOS mobile devices. * Provide technical support to customers by analyzing problems and offering effective solutions. * Repair iPhone, Samsung/Android, Mac/PC and more * Assist customers with retail sales by recommending appropriate products based on their needs and preferences. * Maintain an organized workspace while ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition. * Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction. * Stay updated on the latest technology trends, operating systems, and device specifications to better assist customers. * Read and interpret schematics to aid in the repair process when necessary. *Experience* * Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong skills in software troubleshooting across various platforms (Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS). * Familiarity with analyzing technical issues and providing effective resolutions. * Knowledge of operating systems and mobile device functionality is essential. * Experience working with schematics is a plus but not required.
