*Job Overview:* Brand Guruz Marketing Agency is seeking a dedicated *CRM Specialist* to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, primarily using GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in CRM platforms, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to enhance customer interactions and data management. This role is pivotal in driving both agency growth and the success of our diverse client base. *Key Responsibilities:* * *CRM Management:* Configure, customize, and maintain the GoHighLevel CRM to meet the unique needs of Brand Guruz and its clients. * *Data Management:* Ensure data integrity by managing data imports, exports, deduplication, and conducting regular data audits. * *User Support & Training:* Provide support and training to team members and clients on CRM functionalities and best practices. * *Reporting & Analytics:* Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide insights on customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness for both the agency and its clients. * *Integration:* Integrate the CRM with other business tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing, sales software, customer support systems) used by Brand Guruz and its clients. * *Workflow Optimization:* Develop and optimize workflows, automation rules, and processes to improve efficiency and user experience. * *Troubleshooting:* Identify and resolve CRM-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions for the agency and its clients. * *Documentation:* Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and updates. *Qualifications:* * *Education:* Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. *Experience:* * Minimum of 3 years working with CRM systems, preferably GoHighLevel. * Proven experience in CRM customization, data management, and reporting. *Technical Skills:* * Proficiency in CRM software (GoHighLevel experience is highly desirable). * Basic understanding of databases and SQL is a plus. * Familiarity with integration tools and APIs. *Soft Skills:* * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data quality. *Preferred Skills:* * Certification in GoHighLevel or other CRM platforms. * Experience with marketing automation tools. * Knowledge of sales processes and customer lifecycle management. *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary and opportunities to scale up. * Flexible work arrangements. *Portfolio Required* Job Types: Part-time, Freelance Pay: $1,200.00-$1,800.00 per month Expected hours: 10 ? 16 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Maple, ON L6A 1R2 Expected start date: 2024-12-02
