*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. The Receptionist will support various administrative functions and contribute to maintaining a smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls, providing appropriate responses or transferring to the relevant team member.
Scheduling Social Events, Trade Shows and Lunches
Maintain and manage the reception area, keeping it neat and organized.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including courier services.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with data entry, filing, and general office administration tasks as required.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist with other administrative duties and projects as requested by management.
*Qualifications:*
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.75-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
