Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Co-ordinate repairs and rentals. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Supervision: 3-4 people. Truck drivers. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Type of industry experience: Trucking. Personal suitability: Flexibility. Organized. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
