*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to engage with customers and promote products will contribute to a positive shopping experience and drive sales. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. * Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. * Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed. * Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring product availability. * Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and improve overall customer experience. *Experience* * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems is beneficial. * Ability to engage customers through upselling techniques and product knowledge. * Experience in conducting product demos is an advantage.
