We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, including receiving, processing, and dispatching goods. This position requires a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. *What You'll Do Here:* * Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. * Sort, organize, and store items in designated warehouse locations. * Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality. * Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. * Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment. * Collaborate with team members and management to improve warehouse operations. * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. *What You Bring to the Team:* * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus. * Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks. * Basic computer skills for inventory management systems. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexible schedule, including availability for overtime as needed. * Forklift license considered an asset.
