*Job Overview* We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. This role requires excellent leadership skills to help guide a team of staff, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently. *Duties* * Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food service and customer satisfaction. * Supervise and train staff * Oversee inventory management, including maintaining stock levels. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meals and adherence to menu standards. * Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing reservations, and processing transactions. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience for guests. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. * Strong knowledge of food service operations, including cook processes and food handling regulations. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for guests. * Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work culture. * Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
