This role is essential for driving new business, managing existing client accounts, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. We are seeking someone with a successful record of building strong relationships and providing value-added solutions to meet the clients' specific needs. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for the packaging industry looking to make a significant impact. *Key Responsibilities * ? Actively drive new business growth by developing relationships with customers and suppliers, in existing and new product categories ? Manage and grow an existing client base in an established territory ? Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events ? Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' packaging requirements ? Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations ? Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services ? Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction ? Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions ? Build, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets *Qualifications * ? Seasoned professional with proven experience in sales or account management in the packaging industry ? Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills ? Ability to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions ? Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent organizational and time-management skills ? Experience with the printing industry is a strong asset ? Experience with blister/skin packaging is an asset ? Valid driver?s license *What We Offer * ?
