Position #: 9000996 Expected Start Date: January 06, 2025 Union: HSAS Facility: Battlefords Union Hospital City/Town: North Battleford Department: Mental Health Community Clinics & Programs Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Hours of Work: shifts of hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: Yes Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Social Worker - BSW $35.137 to $42.966 Travel Required: Yes Job Description:The position is accountable for the provision of a broad range of social work services to children, youth and families in the Saskatchewan Health Authority (former Prairie North Health Region). Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)Licenses- Valid Class 5 driver's licenseCompetencies- Basic - Assessment skills- Basic - Organizational skillsKnowledge and Abilities- Ability to work independently- Ability to be flexible and willing to change- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary teamOther Information- This position functions mostly in rural areas.
