We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team and oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various office tasks efficiently.
\*Duties\*
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist in budgeting and financial record-keeping
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage office contracts
\*Qualifications\*
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Experience in team management and supervising staff
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with basic budgeting principles
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
