JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently looking for a Building Manager for a residential property (Strata) based in North Vancouver. This is a support position for the Lead Building Manager. This will be a part time position. The Building Manager is responsible for interaction between residents, the strata council and the property manager and to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the building. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and supervise the site as directed by Lead Building Manager Perform minor handyman repairs. Monitor and maintain garbage and recycling room Basic security detail: checking doors, reporting suspicious activity Key holding and alarm response. Fob and enterphone programming Call trades in the event of elevator- LocationNorth Vancouver, BC
