Main responsibilities: Implements procedures to better manage orphan, unassigned or unrepresented clients as well as the identification of inactive or unlicensed advisors Lists, understands and acts according to the rules of each provider regarding the management of orphan policies and unlicensed representatives Searches for information on policies on company websites or requests it and prepares lists of policies to be assigned Enters data into the internal management system Assigns identified advisors to orphan clients and follows up with advisors on the results of the assignments Carries out an inventory of advisors whose license has expired or with a license whose contract has been cancelled or is inactive with one or more insurers and asks the companies insurance the list of- LocationTrois-Rivières, QC
