Multiple shifts needed including 4/10 shift and evening shift. This is a great opportunity to be a first point of contact with customers & be a part of the future of agriculture. Our Techs are committed to delivering exceptional service through selling/receiving/delivering parts. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service- Assist all customers in locating parts/resources/placing orders- Suggest additional items as recommended- Assist in all areas of department - Receive/count inventory- Build/maintain customer & coworker relationships - Participate in training to develop skills/knowledgeRequirements- Excellent communication skills- Ag parts/machinery knowledge- Strong Interpersonal and teamwork skills- Ability to lift heavy parts- Valid drivers license- Work flexible/extended hours and weekends- Farming background/experience an asset- 2+ yrs experience in a Parts environment- Red Seal in Parts an asset CONNECT with us today!If you're new to the field or experienced, we offer continued education & training to help you thrive & expand your knowledge!
