*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Bilingual candidates, especially those who speak Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply. *Duties* * Engage with potential and existing customers through phone calls and emails to promote products and services. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. * Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate terms of sales agreements to close deals successfully. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred. * Strong business development skills with a focus on customer service. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals. * Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
