Kingsway Wholesale is a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical wholesale company in Toronto. We supply a full line of pharmaceuticals to pharmacies in Ontario, with a strong emphasis on friendly and efficient customer service. We are looking to expand our dynamic team, seeking an ambitious and dedicated Sales Manager. Responsibilities include: * General clerical work (generating invoices using our electronic inventory system, filing documents, communicating with customers) * Order processing via e-mail, phone, and fax * Building customer relationships & sales promotions * Drive customer acquisition and business development initiatives * Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities * Creating customer programs * Managing many accounts & consistently following up, building a rapport * Ability to drive The position is full-time with commission. The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy, good multitasking skills, knowledge of selling products in a professional environment, consistency, punctual, initiative, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word). Qualifications: * Proven sales experience * Demonstrated ability to lead, working independently and collaboratively * BSc or BCom preferred, Bachelor's degree required or equivalent * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Deadline and detail-oriented * Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to inform strategic decisions * Knowledge in the pharmaceutical field is an asset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $17.20 per hour Expected hours: 32 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Commission pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * On-site parking * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * ETOBICOKE, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education: * Bachelor's Degree (required) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (required) * Sales: 1 year (required) * B2B sales: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (required) Work Location: In person
