1. Job Description * Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations* Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food* Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service* Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally* Cleaning the bar and the space around it* Keeping health, safety, and liquor licenses current and ensuring that employees comply with them* Monitoring the inventory and ordering new supplies and ingredients when needed* Analyzing costs and sales statistics to create a budget and decide which cocktails and menu items to promote* Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures* Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards 2. Requirements Completion of Secondary School 2-3 years of relevant work experience Strong written and verbal communication in English Effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task and attention to detail 3. Job Details Location: YQR - Regina International Airport (2316- 5201 REGINA AVENUE, REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN) Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (30~40 hours/w) Start date: ASAP Wage: $22.25per hour- LocationRegina, SK
