Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent guest service and address any concerns or special requests - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred - must have Smart Serve certificate - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus - Fluent in English.
