POSITION: Junior IT Support Technician LOCATION: Oshawa, Ontario EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time (Permanent) HOURS WORKED: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. DEPARTMENT: Information Technology MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Entry to Mid Level JOB TYPE: In-office. A hybrid or remote option is not available at this time Position Summary: The Junir IT Support Technician will provide essential technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services. This role is responsible for resolving a wide range of technical issues, supporting IT infrastructure (PCs, laptops, servers, network devices, printers, phones), and assisting with IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
