(Permanent Part Time - up to 24 hours/week) The Town of Wasaga Beach is seeking an energetic team player to perform the duties and responsibilities of the Events and Marketing Assistant. General Responsibilities: Working within the Special Events staff team the Events and Marketing Assistant supports in the coordination of special events for the Town of Wasaga Beach, including activations, corporate, external and community events. In addition, work with community groups, organizations, internal departments and special event promoters in organizing and delivering Town endorsed special events throughout the year in conjunction with scheduled events, which contribute to sustaining the tourism economy of Wasaga Beach and contribute to enhancing community spirit.
