We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, support our team?s growth, and help us continue making a positive impact on our community. *Position Overview:* As a Finance Manager at Pride Beauty Lounge, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial health of the business. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks related to budgeting, payroll, taxes, financial reporting, and accounting systems. The role is primarily hybrid with flexibility to work remotely, with the possibility of transitioning to in-person work as the business continues to grow. *Responsibilities* * Financial Planning & Analysis * Develop and manage budgets and forecasts. * Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Oversee tax filings, payments, and rebates. * Payroll & Benefits Management * Accounts Payable & Receivable * Inventory Management & Vendor Relations * Compliance, Licenses & Permits * Bursaries, Grants & Financial Aid * Financial Systems & Software Management *Required Qualifications:* * *Education:* Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * *Experience:* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a small to medium-sized business or service industry is an asset.
