Duties: - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment - Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets safety standards - Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with meal preparation and food service as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
