*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating excellent mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with both hand and power tools. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are repaired efficiently and effectively. *Responsibilities* * Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on various vehicle systems to identify issues. * Conduct repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other critical components. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete repairs. * Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts as needed during the repair process. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. * Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs needed, timelines, and costs. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally. * Assist in heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment when necessary. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Proficient in automotive repair techniques, including welding when required. * Experience using hand tools and power tools safely in an automotive environment. * Solid mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components. * Ability to maintain high standards of quality in all repair work performed. * Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs or maintenance tasks.
