Our team of Supply Chain and Logistics experts speaks your language and operates in your world.</p><p>We are looking for a Production Planner for our client in Saint-Hyacinthe. <br> <br>Reporting to the Operation Director, the incumbent will be responsible for the following tasks : <br> <br>- Optimally plan production activities according to priorities, production constraints, inventory levels, sales forecasts, etc; <br>- Prepare the production schedule; <br>- Monitor production progress and make any necessary changes to the schedule according to delays and priority orders; <br>- Collaborate with departments such as engineering, purchasing, production and sales to meet customer needs (quality/time/cost); <br>- Validate and analyze data for material and component requirements planning (MRP); <br>- Regularly communicate order progress to key departments; <br>- Produce and monitor reports on production, logistics, planning and delivery capacity indicators; <br>- Develop planning strategies; <br>- Implement pull flow for production components; <br>- Manage inter-departmental material flow processes; <br>- Participate in ongoing departmental improvements.</p><p>the profile we're looking for : <br> <br>- Bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial engineering or equivalent; <br>- Between 3 and 5 years experience; <br>- Knowledge of MRP systems <br>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access). <br>- The use of English is required for the following reasons: <br> Communication with international customers <br> Collaboration with English-speaking partners <br> Drafting documents in English</p>
