<p>Hello, I'm Julie Baptista, Team Leader at FED Engineering, specializing in temporary and permanent recruitment for engineering and manufacturing roles. <br>We are experts in our field and speak your language. <br>We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and every step of your career.</p><p>I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company specializing in machinery and equipment located in Montreal East, for a Permanent Electrical Designer - 39.5 hours per week (paid 40 hours). Hybrid work available (2 days per week).</p><p>Your Role <br><br> <br>Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your responsibilities include: <br> <br>-Analyzing client requirements and identifying necessary equipment for product design. <br>-Designing control panels (automation-focused, no power circuits). <br>-Defining the Bill of Materials (BOM) and selecting components. <br>-Calculating electrical loads. <br>-Modifying and adjusting electrical drawings. <br>-Collaborating closely with the production team. <br>-Writing technical documentation for each product. <br>-Performing additional tasks related to the role as needed.</p><p>Your Skills <br> <br>-Autonomous and detail-oriented. <br>-Strong technical expertise. <br>-Proactive and hands-on approach. <br> <br>We are looking for a dynamic and engaged individual who enjoys being recognized as a valuable technical expert within a team. <br> <br>Your Profile <br> <br>-Experience: Minimum 2 years in control panel design or a similar role. <br>-Education: DEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (experience will be prioritized). <br>-Languages: Fluent in French. <br>-Tools: Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical. <br> <br>Conditions and Benefits <br>-Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 annually (based on experience). <br> <br>Benefits: <br>-Group RRSP. <br>-Comprehensive group insurance. <br>-Hybrid work (2 days remote per week). <br>Schedule: 39.5 hours/week (paid for 40 hours).</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
