<p>An international leader in digital transformation, Techso is a fast-growing company offering consulting services in three niches of expertise: technology infrastructure management (IT), specific application development (DEV) and product lifecycle management (PLM).</p><p>Founded in 2014, Techso has built a reputation for the quality of its projects delivered to prestigious customers in various sectors such as automotive, aerospace, events, watchmaking, finance and many others.</p><p>You will act as a Teamcenter expert, advising, defining, and delivering solutions for large projects in France or Montreal.<br />As an expert, you will play a key role in helping our clients optimize their PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes through Teamcenter. You will participate in all stages, from needs analysis to the delivery of tailored solutions.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Analyze clients' business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.</li><li>Implement, configure, and customize Teamcenter modules according to requirements.</li><li>Participate in the design of solutions to optimize product configuration management, workflows, and PLM-related processes.</li><li>Create proof of concepts (POCs) and present them to stakeholders.</li><li>Participate in/oversee deployments, testing phases, and the integration of Teamcenter in complex environments.</li><li>Provide expert-level support to resolve complex Teamcenter-related issues.</li><li>Train and assist end users to ensure effective adoption of PLM solutions.</li><li>Develop technical and functional documents (guides, user manuals, architecture documentation).</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science.</li><li>Significant experience (5+ years) as a Teamcenter expert or in a similar role.</li><li>Deep knowledge of core Teamcenter modules (Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, BMIDE, Change Management, Active Workspace, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of related technologies: SQL, Java, C/C++, Javascript, XML, ITK, and integration tools (SOAP/REST).</li><li>Good understanding of PLM architecture principles and implementation methodologies.</li><li>Knowledge of industries using Teamcenter (automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, etc.).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.</li><li>Good communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken, as some of your customers will be French or English-speaking</li></ul>
