Job Summary:Research and create content for internal processes, policies and people systems using best practices. Duties & Responsibilities:Develop content with business partners that will provide team members with valuable insights and how-tos on all people practices Create standardized processes and a technical knowledge base/library for team members and managers within Zendesk Research and evaluate current content to ensure that messages are consistent with key company objectives, departmental goals and legislative framework Write well-researched and keyword-driven content to increase internal adoption of people systems Partner with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles for our systems Apply consistent brand to all copy (i.e., style, font, image, and tone) Gather feedback from business partners and present content to leadership for- LocationToronto, ON
