 Worker Type:Permanent Language(s) Required:English, French Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :$103,331 - $139,803 Lead the Business Manager team and manage key planning and implementation activities across FCC. You’ll ensure the consistent execution of corporate strategy across divisions and ensure all targets and reports are completed in a timely manner. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages. What you’ll do:Manage the Business Manager team, including recruitment, workload management and establishing performance objectivesMentor team on processes and continuous improvementLead and support the execution of FCC strategy, including monitoring the execution of tactical plans across divisionsReview and analyze plan implementation and make recommendations for enhancementsSupport communications and change management activitiesLead and maintain national processes, procedures and business continuity What we’re looking for:Proven leader passionate about helping others succeedOrganized multi-tasker able to handle multiple prioritiesConfident communicator able to make complex information clear to a variety of audiencesStrong analytical skills and sound business judgmentAbility to connect and build business relationships What you’ll need:A bachelor’s degree and at least six years of progressive experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience handling business issues at an enterprise levelKnowledge of annual budgeting and financial processes- LocationRegina, SK
