IJACK is a ground-breaking manufacturer of optimization equipment for Oil and Gas Industry. Our cutting-edge products, including patented casing gas compression systems, multiphase pumps, and vapor recovery units, are designed to increase efficiency and boost oil production for our customers. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing IJACK equipment on oil and gas leases in your area. You'll also have the opportunity to provide technical support and training to our valued clients and participate in continuous improvement of our products and processes. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the oil and gas service industry and/or heavy-duty mechanics. Responsibilities: Install and commission IJACK's products on oil and gas leasesDiagnose, service, repair and perform routine maintenance on IJACK's equipmentProvide technical support and training to operators via phone, email and in-person.Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.Participate in service inventory management in your designated warehouseWork in safe manner and participate in toolbox and safety meetings.Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
