Sales Account Manager Tree Island Gourmet Yogurt Comox Valley, BC Do you have a passion for sales and a love for healthy food? Tree Island Yogurt is a thriving and growing health food business and we are looking for the right person to join our team as Account Manager. Based in Cumberland, the Manager reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Role: The Account Manager is responsible for working with retailers to increase sales. This requires weekly orders, sales tracking, product education and paperwork, store visits and sampling. The ideal candidate is organized, outgoing and comfortable traveling within BC as required for events. Training is provided for the position and the ideal candidate is a recent graduate or someone early to mid career that is responsible and self-motivated. Every week, Tree Island serves over 300+ grocers in Canada delivering yogurt from BC to Ontario and beyond. This position is focused on the BC Market and is an opportunity to grow with an experienced team. Responsibilities: Account Management (80%) ? Educate dairy managers about our products and brand promise ? Develop and implement customer specific sales plans ? Complete sales paperwork as required ? Launch new products and onboard new stores ? Conduct shelf audits and merchandising based on schedule ? Ensure stock levels and implementation of promotions ? Uphold and ensure brand integrity ? Maintain up-to-date records in Microsoft 365 and account software Community Networking (20%) ? Collaborate with the sales and marketing team members for outreach activities ? Conduct sampling and attend tradeshows and networking events Requirements: ? Passion for healthy eating, agriculture and the local food ? Diploma or degree in related area ? 1-3 years related experience ? Comfortable with computers and capacity to learn new programs ? Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and budgets ? Excellent communication, organization, time management, and follow-up skills ?
