We offer a supportive team atmosphere, opportunities for development, and the chance to be part of a business that truly cares about its community. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Order Fulfillment:* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner. * *Inventory Management:* Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; track and maintain inventory levels. * *Shipping & Receiving:* Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including labeling, documentation, and quality checks. * *Warehouse Organization:* Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe; manage the storage of products to maximize space and efficiency. * *Equipment Operation:* Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols. * *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with team members to meet daily goals and provide excellent service to internal and external customers. * *Safety Compliance:* Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols; report any hazards or safety concerns to management. * Other Duties as Assigned *Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. * Ability to lift and carry up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods. * Basic math skills and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. * Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training can be provided).
