*Company Summary* Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. provides top global logistics solutions to over 1,000 clients in services including Ocean, Air, E-Commerce, Trucking, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Cargo Projects. *Job Duties* * Manage workers. * Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested by management. * Oversee and manage WH in/outbound operation. * Track WH KPI, analyze and report the KPI result. * Report daily operational activities to the logistics manager. * Arrange overall training to employees for WH operation and safety. * Handling office administrative tasks including reporting, invoicing, AR management, expense tracking, and organization. * Operate and manage the WMS (Warehouse Management System) for WH inventory and transactions. *Job Requirements* * Degree or diploma in Logistics, Administration, or a related field is preferred. * More than 3 years of relevant experience in logistics and warehouse is preferred. * Ability to analyze and present numerical data in tables, spreadsheets, and forms * Strong prioritization skills to manage conflicting demands * High level of integrity and an excellent work ethic * Fluency in both English and Korean is preferred.
